We require Registration and Training Fee pre-payment, to confirm your participation.

CANADIANS AND FOREIGN CLIENTS: if you are paying with a non-American credit or debit card and we are mailing your documents to a foreign address, SELECT CANADA or OTHER in the Country box.

Click the drop down arrow, and select the Type of Training for this training session
Type your first and last name. For additional participants from the same company, use the Group Participant Information Box below and TYPE NAME and EMAIL
If you are a contractor at the mine, TYPE THE BUSINESS NAME. If you are an individual, type SELF
Number of participants in this training session
If your party is two or more,TYPE additional participants Name and Email addresses here. If you are an individual, type SELF
