Payments made with a foreign Credit or Debit Card are added a 3% PayPal foreign transaction fee. To mail your 5000-23 to Canada, FEDEX or UPS Priority International Mail fee of $82.00 USD is added as a Shipping charge.

These fees are added to the standard training fee and are reflected in the drop down menu below.

  4. Click on CHECKOUT to pay with Debit or Credit Card or PayPal Checkout to login to your PayPal account to complete the transaction
