This training fee payment allows you to reschedule training dates up to three times within the next 120 days from the payment date. Please choose your schedule diligently. We apply a 25% administrative fee in case of a cancellation due to force majeure, before the training takes place.
In the event that the training has already been initiated or completed, there will be no refund.

Payments made with a foreign Credit or Debit Card are added to a foreign transaction fee and are included in the price shown below.
An International Mail fee of $82.00 USD is added as a Shipping charge per order on the Checkout page to mail your 5000-23 originals to countries outside the USA
